  1. How quickly do you dispatch orders?
    We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you by email.
    Note: We do not dispatch orders on weekends, bank holidays, or national holidays. For assistance, reach out via our chat box or email us at sales@mexeb.com.
  2. Do you ship internationally?
    Absolutely! We’re UK-based and proudly ship worldwide
    • Free Worldwide Tracked Shipping
    • UK: Royal Mail Tracked 24 (next business day)
    • International: Royal Mail International Tracked (5–7 business days)
    • Processing time: 1–3 working days

What is your return policy?

Can I hand wash my silk scarf?
Yes, though dry cleaning is recommended to maintain silk’s beauty. If hand washing, use cool water, mild detergent, and be gentle. For detailed care tips, see our How to Wash and Care for Your Silk Scarf guide.

What scarf size is best for styling?
Our 65cm x 65cm silk scarves well for neck or to be worn as a Turban-style. A 90cm square or our 90cm x 180cm scarfs offer more coverage for creative styling or as a skirt over swimwear.

Are your silk scarves made from 100% silk?
Yes. We use 100% silk.

Are your silk scarves suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, our silks, natural fabrics and blends are hypoallergenic and OEKO-TEX® certified, making them gentle on sensitive skin. Always check specific materials for potential allergies.


  • Orders

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We provide free, gift wrapping. Just leave a note at checkout, and we’ll include a handwritten style message printed on a gift card.

Where can I leave a gift note?
Add your message in the “Add a note to your order” section of your cart. Just below the payment detail box, check the box (Add a note to your order) and fill in the details of your note before you checkout.

Can I purchase a scarf that’s sold out?
Products labelled as ‘available on backorder’ can be ordered and paid for; normally it would take from 4-5 weeks to process for delivery. But, if an item is sold out, it’s unavailable for now. Please check back later or sign up for our newsletter for updates on restocks.

Do you offer product customization?
Currently, we don’t offer customizations. However, we can discuss designs to meet your requirements!

Can I update my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet. Contact us as soon as possible with the correct address at sales@mexeb.com, and we’ll make the change.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
