Returns & Refunds

At Mexeb, we understand that sometimes an item might not be quite what you expected. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase from our online store, we’re here to help!

Returns

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery to start a return.
  • Reach us at 📧 sales@mexeb.com with your order number.
  • Returns are free for UK orders.
  • We’ll email you a return postage label. Drop your return at a Post Office or schedule a free collection with Royal Mail.
  • If you don’t have a printer, most Post Offices can print the label from the QR code.
  • Original delivery cost (£3.60 or more) will be deducted from your refund, unless the item is incorrect or faulty.

International Returns

  • Free returns for faulty or incorrect items.
  • Otherwise, international customers are responsible for return postage.
  • Mark your package as “returned goods” to avoid extra duties.
  • Use a registered, trackable service and keep proof of posting.

Important

  • Use the original packaging if possible and include the packing slip.
  • If you don’t have the slip, add a note with your order number, name, and email.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.
  • Sale items are non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 2 working days of receiving your return.
  • You’ll receive an email once the refund is credited.
  • It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges (except for incorrect or faulty items).
  • If you’d like a different item, please place a new order and contact us to return the original.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
